ORDERING

1.What size iPhone do I have?

To see what size iPhone you have, go to Settings > General > About. To the right of the Model Name, it will show what size iPhone you have.

 

2.Can I modify my order?

If you need to modify your order, contact our Customer Service Team at support@playfulcase.com as soon as possible. We process and ship orders very quickly. Once the order has imported to our fulfillment facility, we have no ability to modify an order. We will make every effort to stop the order if we are able to. do so.

3.How do I enter my promo code?

Discount Codes must be entered at the checkout page. You must press "Apply" to see the order total update. Discount codes or gift cards must be applied at time of checkout. We cannot adjust any prices after the order has been submitted.  Please note only one code can be used on each purchase. Coupon codes cannot be applied to previous purchases or retroactively applied after an order has been placed.
